Loft Conversion | Drayton St Leonard

The original house was constructed in 1987. The clients needed two additional bedrooms and the existing loft was very large.

The project had its complexities – the truss members were relatively small and the steelwork/supporting structure had to be carefully co-ordinated.

The resulting spaces were excellent with a high standard of finish. The loft gave the clients two double bedrooms and two en-suite bathrooms with a sunny aspect and dormer windows which very much complemented the proportions of the existing house.
